Dear Readers,

Improve your vision and life gets better. It’s that simple, really!

A 2003 Australian study found that “after the age of 40, the amount of eye disease, visual impairment or blindness increases threefold with each decade.  This can hamper your anti-aging process, or better yet, this can interfere with your age management.

Doing the exercises in the Rebuild Your Vision program regularly can save you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on eye care.

What’s holding you back?  Get started now on improving your vision.

1.  Don’t let your vision deteriorate further.  Reduce your dependency on glasses or contacts.   You just need to start the program…and stick with it.  It’s not hard, just be consistent!  That’s all.

2.  Improve your vision to the level you desire, including not using your glasses at all.  This can really be a reasonable expectation for many who use this program, not all, but many.

3.  Maintain the visual improvement you get by doing the exercises for 20 to 40 minutes per week for the first few months.

4.  On an ongoing basis do a session once or twice a month to keep your vision stable.

Do you want better vision or do you want your vision to remain where it is right now or, perhaps, get worse?

Consistent follow through is necessary.  The exercises only take 25 minutes a day.  Close the door to your office at lunch and do them.  Get up a little earlier each morning.  One customer pressed for time did the exercises every time he sat on the commode.
